The Base Camp Bar

Our brothers Mike Ochoa, Bruce Blakeslee and Dwight Brenneman

have purchased a bar in New Pittsburg, TN.  They have decorated the bar with memorabilia from our time in Ft. Lewis and Vietnam.

Doc Matz exhorts you to visit the bar, otherwise be prepared to get the square needle in the left ***

"The "Base Camp" has opened in South Pittsburgh, Tn.  It is an "exclusive" Veterans' club run by Dwight Brennerman, Bruce Blakeslee, and Mike Ochoa of 2/22.  It is located right off of I-24 (about 20 miles from Chattanooga) at exit 152.  Drop on down, they'll be glad to see you."

Mike Ochoa further explains:

Hi Gary

Just a note to keep you informed.

As you know, Dwight,Bruce & myself are remodeling a bar we purchased in South Pittsburgh, TN., just 20 Min's. West of Chattanooga just over the border of Alabama/Georgia.  This will be a private Veterans Club and we expect to have a preliminary opening the last week end in April which is the date of South Pittsburgh's " National Cornbread Festival". Our Grand Opening will be some time in August. If any of our Brothers are in that area in April just stop in.

We are also looking for any Military memorabilia we can display, please help.

Mike
